End-of-Year Campus Reminders and Summer Access Information

Concordia Community,

As we approach the end of the school year, we ask that be aware of the following:

Bike Barn Clean-up

Please ensure that all bicycles, scooters, hoverboards, and other riding devices are taken home from the bike barn over the coming weeks. Any items left behind after this time will be donated to those in need.

Summer Construction Projects

Beginning the afternoon of June 12, Concordia’s campus will enter a major summer construction and maintenance period. During this time, several projects will take place across campus, and for safety reasons, the majority of campus will be closed throughout the summer.

The only areas that will remain open will be:

• Portions of the High School building for approved summer camps and Concordia-sponsored activities

• The MS/HS Library during designated summer operating hours (MS/HS library open 9:00am to 3:00pm every Friday beginning July 1).

Please note that all other campus areas, including playgrounds, track areas, tennis courts, and most buildings, will be closed due to active construction zones, equipment movement, scaffolding, and safety fencing.

In addition:

• Mingyue (M) Gate will be completely closed for the entire summer due to construction and for safety.

We appreciate your understanding and partnership as we complete these important campus improvement projects. Our goal is to continue enhancing Concordia’s facilities to better serve students, staff, and families in the future.
