The High School will once again post community updates bi-weekly this year for our parents. These updates will be starting soon. Watch this space for more information.

Upcoming Dates and Events

As we look ahead to the first months of school, our calendar gets very bus. We hope that you are able to attend the events and activities on campus to support our school community.

We hope you are able to join us for the first Phoenix Friday of the school year on Friday, August 28th. This will start with the Pep Rally in the PC Gym followed by our matches starting at 4;15 pm. Come out and support our student athletes.

  • September 14: Final TrIBES Meeting for final document check

  • September 20 - 24th: HS TrIBES trips

  • October 7th: Understanding MAP: A Parent Workshop by Director of Curriculum Carrie Bennett and the Curriculum Leadership Team

  • October 9th: Global Seal of Biliteracy Due Date

  • October 11th: University Fair at Concordia

  • October 12 and 13th: APAC Season 1 Cross Country in Shanghai

  • October 15 to 17th: APAC Season 1 Volleyball at Concordia

  • October 29 to 30th: Parent Teacher Conferences

September and October Updates

The month of September has just started and we are moving fast! School is well underway for the year as students are hard at work studying for their classes. Our athletes have competed in significant local competitions in Shanghai. Next week, we are looking forward to sending our varsity athletes to mid-season tournaments in the Philippines and Thailand. TrIBES are right around the corner followed by our Fall Break. Make sure you are keeping up on the email for your students as the school needs travel documents for these trips.

As we enter October, we will once again be hosting the University Fair on campus. We are proud to be able to bring so many good school to our campus to share their university with our students. Please make sure to attend this event to learn more about university application around the world. The week of October 12 - 17th is our Season 1 APAC and JPAC tournament week. We will have Cross Country competing near us in Shanghai and on campus on October 12th and 13th. The APAC Volleyball will compete on campus from Thursday, Oct. 15th to 17th. Come out and support these events.

We round out the month of October with our Parent Teacher Conferences where we will have the opportunity to speak with our teachers about the work you children are doing in their classroom. Please join us on October 29th and 30th for these conferences.

We want to thank our parents who attended our first HS Parent Connect on Wednesday, August 26th. We had over 110 parents in attendance for this first event. We appreciate all of our those moms and dads who took time to attend, engage, and ask great questions of the high school. We look forward to a great year ahead!
