Middle School Principal Message

As we close another incredible school year, we want to take a moment to reflect on the many memories, accomplishments, and moments of growth that made this year so special across our entire school community. 

In Middle School, this year was filled with learning, laughter, challenges, and growth. Our students continued developing not only academically, but also socially and emotionally as they discovered more about themselves, their strengths, and their place within our community. From performances and athletic events to classroom projects, service opportunities, and everyday moments of connection, it has been a joy to watch our students grow into thoughtful, resilient, and compassionate young people. 

For our Grade 6 students, this year marked an important transition into Middle School life. They entered with curiosity, excitement, and perhaps a few nerves, and throughout the year they learned how to navigate new routines, build independence, advocate for themselves, and become confident members of our Middle School community. We are proud of how much they have grown and look forward to seeing all they will accomplish in the years ahead. 

To our Grade 8 students, we celebrate the completion of an important chapter as they prepare to transition into High School or new schools and communities beyond Concordia. Your leadership, energy, creativity, and spirit have left a lasting impact on our Middle School. While we will miss seeing you in our hallways each day, we are excited to see where your next journey takes you. We hope you leave knowing that you will always be an important part of our MS community. 

As we head into summer break, I want to thank all of our students, families, faculty, and staff for the partnership, support, and care shown throughout the year. Schools are built on relationships, and it is the people within our community who make each year meaningful. 

I wish everyone a restful, joyful, and well-deserved summer filled with time to recharge, reflect, travel, explore, and enjoy moments with family and friends. As we begin looking ahead, we are excited for all that next school year will bring. Every school year is different, unique, and special in its own way, and that is part of what makes education such an exciting journey. We know next year will bring new opportunities, new memories, and new growth for all of us. 

Thank you for being part of such a wonderful school community, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back for another amazing year ahead.
