Welcome from High School Principal

Dear APAC athletes, coaches, parents, and fans,
Concordia International School Shanghai welcomes you to APAC Table Tennis! This event is not only the culmination of the hard work and training by the athletes, but also the work of coaches, supportive parents, and the Concordia athletic department. A special thank you to Turner Neal and his team for all of their efforts in preparation for this event.
I expect the next few days will be filled with intense effort and thrilling matches full of aces, drop shots, backhands, rallies, and break points. To all of our spectators, we hope you gain a great appreciation for the gifts and talents of Tennis. Athletes, I encourage you to take the opportunity to personally thank those who helped you make it to APAC.
While you are here, you are a part of our community. We encourage you to make new connections with others and to forge new friendships. Fans and athletes, I ask you to uphold the Concordia tradition of positive support and appreciation of all competitors. APAC tournaments should be fun, loud, exciting and encouraging!
Please don’t hesitate to ask if you need anything during your visit. Good luck and leave Shanghai with more friends than you had when you arrived!

Welcome from Director of Activities & Sport

Welcome APAC Table Tennis Players, Coaches and Fans,
The Concordia Community is so excited to welcome you to Shanghai, and especially back to our school. We have missed the camaraderie, competition, and fun that our APAC friends bring to our campus. It has been far too long since we were last able to gather together, and we are thrilled to be able to do so again.
A number of people have assisted in making this tournament happen.  I would like to personally thank them for their time and energy in making this event happen.  Thank you to our APAC leadership for allowing us to reschedule this tournament, our Operations team for helping with setups, our marketing team who have created our brochures, our admin support team in the Athletic Department who have done the legwork for the event, and our greater school community for all of the work they have done to make this event possible.
Thanks for traveling to Shanghai for the weekend.  We hope to help make your visit a pleasant one.   If there is anything you need, please let us know.  Good luck on the tables!

Mr. Matt MacInnes
